Kristin Welage is Director of Human Resources at Cheshire Academy, a role she has held since 2017. Prior to joining, she spent over a decade in progressively senior human resources roles at Yale University, including Human Resources Manager at the Yale School of the Environment, Human Resources Coordinator at the Yale School of Medicine, and Human Resources Representative/Compensation & Classification and Human Resources Manager for the Department of Pathology, also at the Yale School of Medicine. She began her human resources career as a recruiter, first at Yale University and earlier at the University of Florida.
