225th Anniversary Alumni Directory

In order to best remain in contact with alumni, Cheshire Academy has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to update our alumni records and publish both a print and online directory.

The Office of Advancement is excited to publish the new directory that comes on the heels of the Academy’s historic 225th anniversary. Updating our alumni database will improve our ability to reach and engage with more alumni, and ensures everyone receives invites for reunions and special events, on campus, regionally and throughout the world. A new, up-to-date alumni directory will also increase personal and professional networking opportunities for all alumni.

Be on the lookout for contact from one of PCI’s staff. They will be reaching out to all alumni through email, mail, and phone calls to verify basic information.

Through this project, PCI will offer the hard copy book and a digital version of the directory for purchase at a later date.

Thank you in advance for your participation in this special project.

Frequently Asked Questions By Alumni

  1. I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for Cheshire Academy. Is this a legitimate project?

In celebration of our 225th Anniversary, we have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni association directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX and Virginia Beach, VA that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Cheshire Academy to receive important updates for our records so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.

  1. How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

Cheshire Academy has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:

a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Cheshire Academy for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.

b. The Directory will be made available only to alumni of Cheshire Academy. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Cheshire Academy any and all electronic files that have been supplied to Cheshire Academy or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
