Our Day of Giving and Gratitude

Cheshire Academy’s Day of Giving & Gratitude will take place on Dec. 1 in support of our mission and as we continue to navigate the challenges our community faces during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your gift, of any amount, is crucial to supporting key areas that make up the CA in-person and remote schooling experience. With your support, we will continue to deliver the exemplary education that the Academy is known for. We encourage you to make your gift in honor of our current students and faculty, share your CA story and why you give, and post on social media to spread the word.

Board of Trustees Challenge

Board of Trustees Challenge

The Board of Trustees is proud to announce an exciting match to support our faculty, students, and their families: trustees will match every gift received on Dec. 1, dollar for dollar up to $100,000! That means your gift will have DOUBLE the impact.

Student Programs & Support

Student Programs & Support

CA students are reliant on the structure that our virtual programs bring them, even when class is over. Your gift gives us the opportunity to provide more programming to students when they need it the most, and continue to challenge them in and out of the classroom.

Faculty Enrichment & Support

Faculty Enrichment & Support

Our faculty have cultivated a robust “remote schooling” program and continue to engage students with a rich lineup of virtual clubs and activities. Your gift gives faculty more resources to be innovative in the classroom.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid

CA is here to support our families that may require more financial aid during the 2020-2021 school year as our community begins to recover from COVID-19. Your gift helps ease the financial burden on our families during this difficult time.

In their own words. Comments from CA parents.

“When we selected CA for our child, we did so based on the belief that he would be well-cared for. This experience and all the others we have had thus far solidify that we made the absolute best choice.”
“It is so heartfelt to hear the positive inflection in our child’s voice again … excited about being back in school and on the football field after what was a more than challenging senior year.”
“The school should be so proud of the students and how they have conformed to this “new normal”. The staff as well. CA is a model for many other schools, towns and districts. It can be done.”
“It so clear that we made the right decision for our child to attend Cheshire this fall. I am so impressed with how you are dealing with our current crisis and your communication with parents.”
“CA has done a fantastic job of rising to the significant challenges presented. The online learning and efforts to maintain community have been successful.”
“We appreciate all you do for the CA students and thank you for your continued support of them. You are all awesome!”
“The school has really done an excellent job addressing this situation and you should be commended. Thank you again and for all your continued efforts.”
“We are thrilled with the experience our child has had at CA. The way you all have handled this crisis is so reassuring. Knowing they’re in good hands brings us peace of mind.”
“We will always feel part of the CA family and this is thanks to you and all the great staff taking care of the students in such an amazing way.”
“This year at CA was seamless. It’s so important that the students have some level of consistency and normalcy. CA provided that while still maintaining a safe environment.”
“It is always warming to see on the streets of Cheshire a group of kids masked and distanced, and notice they have CA gear on and masks and smile with PRIDE!! That is our amazing community. Administration and kids you’ve done well!!”
“The entire experience has been amazing. From moving onto campus, to starting in-person learning and navigating these challenging times, we are so thankful to be a part of the CA Community. The entire staff at CA has made what seemed the impossible very possible.”
